Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time for processing. Customers will be notified of any delays.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard delivery within India takes 5-10 business days depending on the location.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

5. Order Tracking

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided, Jannat Abaya Creation will not be liable for delayed or undelivered packages.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear reshipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking it. However, we are not responsible for courier-related issues.

8. International Shipping

9. Cancellation & Modifications
